EXHIBIT B			CONSTRUCTION FEE
ARCHITECTURE PLAN FEES
New Home  (inlcudes Additions/Renovations greater than 50% of existing structure)			$                     3,000.00	**
	-Flat fee for up to 6,000 square feet. Excess square footage charged at $ .50 per square foot. Square footage shall include all areas under roof regardless of air conditioning.  Fee includes Hardscape, landscape and pool plans. Review fee includes changes made during construction and subsiquent meetings with the architect and/or builder to assure construction plans have been approved.
Down Payment New Home Fee - due with Preliminary Plan Submission			$                     1,500.00	**

Minor Renovation/Addition

	Minor Addition/Renovation includes imrovements less than 25% of existing structure and Columns, Gates, Walls, Fences, Hardscape, Landscape, Generator
**All plans which require permitting by the City of Naples must be reviewed by the Port Royal Association.
A review by the Association will require payment of the appropriate fees as outlined above.
MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION IS REQUIRED THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
THERE WILL BE $400 SURCHARGE FOR ANY PROJECT OF A NON-MEMBER OF THE PORT ROYAL ASSOCIATION.
THIS CHARGE IS TO COVER ASSOCIATION COSTS RELATIVE TO THE ARCHITECTUREAL REVIEWS AND INSPECTIONS.
