Dear Port Royal residents:
The Port Royal® Property Owners’ Association is dedicated to protecting your interests, maximizing the value of your property, and ensuring that our unparalleled community remains pristine, safe, and beautiful. For this to happen, our volunteer Board and small team of hardworking professionals request your support and encourage you to join the overwhelming majority of your neighbors in enrolling in the Port Royal® Property Owners’ Association. With your support, we can meet our objectives and work to continue to improve our beloved community.
As residents may have heightened concerns around civil unrest and threats to personal security given the divisive state of our country, your Board of Directors has been working diligently on ways to enhance our security measures within the Port Royal community. During Election Week, out of an abundance of caution, we employed the Naples Police Department to provide additional detail in our neighborhood so that we would have continuous police coverage during a potentially troubling time. Our relationship with the Naples Police Department is invaluable, and we are fortunate to be in direct communication with them. However, we still would like to establish a more permanent security option that will protect our community and our property values. It is of the utmost importance that our residents are protected, and that safety is observed. Along those lines, the Association contracted world-renowned security consulting firm Kroll to study and analyze Port Royal and make recommendations as to how we could improve the security within our community. Stay tuned for updates on this front.
Enclosed you will find an invoice for our 2021 Membership Dues. We have included several payment options for your convenience. If you become a member of the Association by January 15, 2021, you will receive an RCC Card, which is a discount card that provides cardholders access to savings and deals when they shop or dine at participating local retailers. Discounts vary per establishment and are typically anywhere from 10% - 20% off restaurants, stores, and spa services in Naples. You may learn more about the card here.
